When I first came to see Alexander I was depressed, hopeless, and full of crippling anxiety. Through our weekly meetings, he was able to show me the strengths and greatness inside of me that I never knew I had. I had allowed the best parts of me to lie dormant inside myself; he was the one human being who has been able to help me fully realize my potential. He has shown me that no matter my struggles in life, there is always a solution as long as I keep faith in myself. With his masterful assistance, I was able to transform from being totally overwhelmed to a strong man who is realizing his greatness. I am eternally grateful for him; he changed my life.

To govern one's actions, thoughts and emotions, is a struggle for many people but for the past year I have sought the help of Rabbi Coleman to bring more planning and execution into my life and habits. Through our weekly meetings he uses guidance, an outside perspective, and homework assignments to help me stay focused on the goal, hold me accountable, and work to solve my important issues. Alexander also uses his Torah-based knowledge and understanding, empathy, trustworthiness, communication skills, and desire to help, among other qualities to tailor his approach to my progress. Having an objective adviser is so crucial. I truly believe that we all have much greatness within ourselves. I feel that Rabbi Coleman has the tools to help one realize their potential and am grateful for the opportunity to work with him.
